Currently serving as President of a leading EPC/Design Build company, consistently delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. Proven track record of orchestrating complex projects, optimizing operational efficiencies, and fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth and profitability in the utility and renewable energy sectors. A dynamic leader with a passion for creating a sustainable and environmentally responsible future.

Pat Ambrosio Sr.

Executive Vice President
Pat is a highly respected professional in the utility industry, with over 45 years of experience in various roles spanning field operations, supervision, and management. His areas of expertise include project engineering, planning and design, project management, client relations, code research, bid proposals, estimates, and feasibility studies. Throughout his career, Pat has contributed to major projects for leading companies such as National Grid, Con Edison, Iroquois Gas Transmission System LP, Spectra Energy Partners LP, Buckeye Pipe Line Co. LLP, Power Bridge LLC, Neptune Regional Transmission System LLC, Williams Partners LP, and Prysmian Power Cables & Systems USA, LLC.

Michael Rosato, PMP

Assistant Vice President, BD & Shared Services
Michael Rosato is an experienced project management professional with over 15 years of success managing large scale projects in the utility industry. Managed a capital project portfolio accounting for $1B in annual spend and consisting of large construction programs and complex projects. With a key focus on driving teams to perform to anticipated outcomes ensuring budgets, milestones and quality metrics are met. Mike is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with formal education that includes a Masters in Organizational Management and an Executive MBA.

Tony Ambrosio

Assistant Vice President, Engineering
Tony is an experienced engineering leader specializing in electric transmission, power generation, and utility infrastructure. As Assistant Vice President of Engineering at HICS, Tony leads critical project engineering development and operational initiatives. Previously, Tony worked as an Electric System Operator at PSEG Long Island, managing real-time grid operations/emergency response and as a Marine Engineer on ultra-deepwater drillships with Transocean Offshore Drilling. With a background in marine and terrestrial power systems and Bacholer of Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Maritime College, Tony holds multiple industry certifications, including NERC Transmission Operator and USCG Engineering licenses.

Raymond Setteducati, PMP

Assistant Vice President, Operations
Ray is a seasoned utility professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in electric distribution, construction, and operations. A dedicated leader, Ray brings a wealth of expertise in managing large-scale projects and programs, having worked across multiple commodities in diverse and dynamic environments. Ray holds an MBA with a specialization in construction management and is a Project Management Professional with vast technical know-how and comprehensive business insight. Throughout his career, Ray has demonstrated exceptional leadership, particularly in emergency response situations where he has successfully managed complex events requiring the coordination of vast and diverse resources. His ability to navigate high-stakes challenges and lead cross-functional teams ensures timely, efficient project execution, even in the most demanding circumstances. With his extensive background in management as well as field operations, Ray is a proven professional who thrives in driving operational excellence and delivering impactful results.

Bill Albin

Director of Special Projects
Bill brings over 40 years of experience in the HV underground transmission industry. He excels in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders and customers throughout the proposal and project lifecycle. Bill leads technical activities, overseeing proposal development, cost estimation, contract negotiations, and project implementation. He coordinates cross-functional teams, including application engineering, EHS, project engineering, and renewable energy utility interconnections. Additionally, Bill is experienced in managing interdisciplinary teams within a multicultural environment.

Steve Saladino

Special Projects Manager
Steve is an experienced utility professional with extensive expertise in electric distribution and construction. With over two decades in the electric utility industry, he has consistently achieved outstanding results in team leadership, operations management, and budget optimization. Steve is skilled in leading diverse teams, including field operating supervisors, technicians, and schedulers, ensuring efficient execution of daily fieldwork while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. He excels in scheduling and monitoring service activities to ensure adherence to city, state, and federal regulations, while also implementing strong safety, health, and environmental protocols. Certified as an Incident Commander within the ICS protocol, Steve has responded to numerous large-scale emergency events throughout his career. He has a proven track record of leading incident responses, promoting safe work practices, and ensuring effective communication across operating teams.

Patrick Boland

Senior Project Manager
Pat is a construction management professional with over 20 years of experience in the utility industry, specializing in large-scale projects, safety, and cost efficiency. At Tesla, Pat led Supercharger deployments, optimizing processes to complete projects more quickly and affordably. Prior to that, at Consolidated Edison, he managed construction operations, coordinated with various agencies, and mentored staff. With strong expertise in strategic planning and process improvement, Pat consistently drives efficiency and safety in every project. He holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Manhattan College.

Senior Project Manager
Mike has 35 years of multi-commodity experience in the New York City utility industry. With a proven track record of leading and overseeing large-scale utility projects involving multiple contractors, he consistently prioritizes safety and quality workmanship while ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Mike cultivates strong relationships with various city and state agencies, ensuring seamless project execution.

EHS & Quality Manager
Alison is a seasoned utility professional with more than ten years of experience in the industry. Currently, she serves as the Manager of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality at Hallen Integrated Construction Services. Throughout her career, Alison has thrived in various supervisory, field operations, and management roles. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs, as well as an MBA in Business Management from Adelphi University. Alison is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety and quality, where every team member is encouraged to play an active role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Stephen Fontana

Project Manager
Steve is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the electric transmission industry. He has successfully led and executed large-scale underground transmission projects, including high-voltage feeder repairs and cable replacements. Steve has a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee logistics for complex infrastructure projects, including marine-based operations that require specialized equipment and transportation. Steve is also experienced in project scheduling, cost estimation, production tracking, and regulatory compliance, with proficiency in Primavera P6 for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering.
